The Florence Congress in 2000, organised by Prof. Giampaolo Velo and colleagues, was a major success, attracting around 2,000 delegates from all over the world.
This important international meeting was followed in 2001 by the V EACPT Congress in Odense, Denmark, presided over by Prof. Kim Brøsen.
These congresses confirmed the growing international relevance of the EACPT and its role as a leading forum for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics in Europe and beyond.
